Consolidation continues, as OneDigital Investment Advisors has made another firm acquisition.
Led by Managing Principal Mark Ray, Sacramento, California-based Praxis Consulting, Inc. offers an array of plan consultation services to simplify plan administration and help participants accumulate enough money to retire, according to a Sept. 30 press release.
Members of the Praxis team will join OneDigital’s Retirement and Wealth division in adjacent roles. Mark Ray will assume the title of Senior Vice President–Retirement Services and continue overseeing Praxis’ $240 million in plan assets and $110 million under management in the personal advisory market.
With the addition of Praxis Consulting, OneDigital’s advisory services and solutions are now offered in more than 100 offices and an additional 60 retirement and wealth offices throughout the country, serving around 5,000 retirement plans and approximately 1,000,000 participants.
